This test is organized by Japanese Education Exchange and Services (JEES), Japan twice a year i.e. July and December. Basically, the test has five level viz; N1 through N5, being N5 the toughest and the N5 easies. In order to achieve Japanese education or Japanese language itself, requires N5 level. N5 level of Japanese language is almost or above 150 hours of study that enables the student to gain basic level of communication in Japanese language.
This exam has 3 parts e.g. Japanese vocabulary, Listening, Grammer and Reading having 60 individual band mark each and 25, 30, and 50 minutes respectively as time limit. One should secure 60% individual marks in each band to pass the test. This test enable student to get the job in japan as early as one do not have taken the test.
This test is similar to JLPT. This test is held 6 times a year and makes no difference in the test pattern and scoring system.
